Counselling & Mental Health

Sometimes we experience difficulties in coping with our day to day lives, may be due to current circumstances or things from our past, and it is sometimes helpful to talk to someone who is trained, objective and offers confidentiality.

Our counsellor Tracey, is BACP (British Association Counselling and Psychotherapy) registered with experience of working with people on a wide range of issues including:

  • Anxious feelings and stress
  • Feeling low or depressed
  • Bereavement and other losses
  • Low confidence and self-esteem
  • Unhappiness
  • Loneliness

” I adhere to a strict privacy and confidentiality policy set out by BACP legal and ethical codes of practise. As a counsellor what you say to me I keep completely confidential.  However, there may be rare situations in which I would need to share information, these are where you present a serious risk to yourself or others. I would hope to discuss this with you, as these are unusual circumstances.”   Tracey
